At Modlina, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 business days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned within the eligible return period.
Be in its original condition.
Include the original packaging, box, wrapping, and protective materials.
Include all accessories, manuals, free gifts, and other components originally provided.
Have all original tags, labels, and stickers attached.

To help us review claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we require an uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened, the product received, and the issue being reported. Without this video, we may be unable to approve the return or refund request.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted for:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items with removed tags, labels, or stickers.
Products returned without their original packaging or protective materials.
Items returned without included accessories, manuals, free gifts, or other original components.
Products showing stains, odors, smoke smell, pet hair, or other visible signs of use.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Clearance items, final sale items, or products marked as Non-Returnable, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Gift cards.
Digital products.
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns requested after the 30-business-day return period.
Products returned with missing parts or components.
Items returned without prior return authorization, where applicable.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products when an uncut unboxing video is not provided.

How to Start a Return

A brief description of the reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if applicable.
An uncut unboxing video for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is required because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Modlina is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
